ARTHUR R. PATENAUDE
BEAVER COVE- Arthur R. Patenaude, 80, died June 24, 2009, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He was born October 2, 1928, in New Haven, Connecticut, son of Romeo and Evelyn (Pitch) Patenaude.

He was raised in Fairfield, Connecticut, and graduated from Roger Ludlowe High School in Fairfield. Following graduation Arthur joined the US Navy. He worked for Textron-Avco-Lycoming for 34 years. He belonged to the Big Pine Gun Club in Dover-Foxcroft, was a life time member of the NRA, and was a member of the National Benchrest Shooters Association.

He is survived by his wife, Mary (Cowley) Patenaude of Beaver Cove; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn and Richard Moore and grandchildren, Shannon and Matthew Moore all of Tennessee.
