DEXTER, Beatrice A. Call, 90, died May 18, 2002, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born September 6, 1911 in Parkman, daughter of Lester and Inez (Reed) Richards. She worked at the textile mills in Dexter and for the Snow Flake canning plant in Corinna. She also worked at the hospital and in private nursing.

She is survived by a son, George Call of Sangerville, four daughters, Charlotte Garland of Sangerville, Lois Burtt of Dexter, Betty Butler of Corinna, and Carmelita Dickison of Skowhegan; a brother, Kenneth Richards of Dexter; two sisters, Shirley Parkman of Dexter, and Mattie Woodbury of Corinna; 22 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren, and 38 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Reuben Call, 2 sons, Robert and Reuben Jr., a daughter-in-law, Melina Call, and a son-in-law, Carl Butler.

Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday, May 20th, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. William Walters and Rev. Harold Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
