BETTY LOU DUPLISEA
Betty Lou Duplisea, 80, of Dexter, passed at her daughter's home after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family December 19, 2007. Betty was born September 13, 1927 to Robert W. Hamilton Sr and Rose (Richardson) Hamilton.

Betty was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Raymond Duplisea who passed December 29, 2006.

Betty is survived by her five children, Pamela and husband Roger Woodard, Craig and Sue Duplisea, Glen and Jolene Duplisea, Denise Eaton, and Darran Duplisea. Ten grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, brother Robert W Hamilton Jr of Councel Bluff, IA, sister Elaine Nelson of Canaan, Maine. She also leaves behind her beloved cat Sugar.

Among many other jobs she owned and operated with her husband Raymond Maple Leaf Boarding home. Together they provided a loving home for many elderly people for years.

Betty had many talents. She enjoyed many crafts and got pleasure from sewing clothes for her family. She loved the outdoors and gardening. She and Raymond spent many happy hours on the water fishing in their boat exploring various lakes. . Always on the look out for yard sales to get the “bargain of the day”

Per her request there will be no visiting hours, family memorial services will be the spring.
