ST. ALBANS - Blaine Alden Neal, 78, passed away peacefully with his wife Dot, family and friends by his side September 20, 2009. He was born August 17, 1931 at St. Albans, a son of Albion and Edith (Leavitt) Neal. He served as a corporal in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Lewis Neal and Jim Edwards; and 2 sisters, Barbara Estes and Shirley Ryder.
