DANIEL B. DOORE
BARNARD - Daniel B. Doore, 17, died Dec. 21, 2002, in Guilford, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 18, 1985, in Dover-Foxcroft, the son of Freeman and JoAnna (Banville) Doore. Dan was a member of the junior class of Foxcroft Academy. He was active with the Youth Group at Grace Bible Church in Sangerville, and spent his summers working at the Word of Life Bible Institute summer camp. Dan enjoyed the outdoors and was looking forward to a career in forestry.

He is survived by his father, Freeman and his wife, Kathy Doore of Barnard; his mother, JoAnna and her husband, Mike Hamilton of Gwinn, Mich.; his paternal grandmother, Merna Doore of Dover-Foxcroft; his maternal grandmother, Gladys Banville of Fitchburg, Mass.; his four sisters, Ashley Lancaster of Montgomery, Pa., Shyla and her husband, Nick Pontius, and their daughter, Eva, all of Lynchburg, Va., Selena and her husband, Jon Hixon, and their daughter, Ella, all of Elizabethtown, Pa., Sarah Carr of Barnard; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, at Grace Bible Church in Sangerville, with Pastor David Kelley officiating.
