Donald J. Kane, Sr. He served in the US Marine Corp during WWII. He worked as a machinist for Gillette Safety Razor, retiring to Monson, Maine in 1982. He is survived by 2 sons, David Kane and his wife, Theresa of Mansfield, MA, and William Kane of Bethel; 2 daughters, Lori Lewis of Monson, and Shirleen St. Germain of KY; 10 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a sister, Peggy DeSalivatore of Brewer; nieces and nephews; and a close friend Charlotte Hamilton of Madison. He was predeceased by his wife, Blanche (Belfleur) Kane; a son, Donald Jr “Lucky”; and a granddaughter, Bree Rice. Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford.
