DORIS M. MCKENNEY
DEXTER- Doris M. McKenney, 90, died August 18, 2008, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born February 28, 1918, in Bangor, daughter of Mellen and Mary (Guimond) White. She was a life-long resident of Dexter and was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. In her younger years she worked at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna, and later at the Shop N Save in Dexter. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard McKenney in 1988, and a daughter-in-law, Barbara (Dube) McKenney in 2006.

She is survived by a son, Galen McKenney of Corinna; a granddaughter, Kathy Mossey and her husband, Michael of Newport; a grandson, Richard "Rick" McKenney and his wife, Leslie of Cumberland; three great grandchildren, Justin Mossey, Brad McKenney and Eliza McKenney; a sister, Rosaline Grover and her husband, William of Waterville; a nephew, William Grover Jr. of NE; and a niece, Mary Ann Grover of Waterville.

Friends may call Thursday, August 21, 2008, from 12 to 2 PM at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main Street in Dexter, where funeral services will follow at 2 PM, with Deacon Frederick Harrigan officiating.
