MAUD CURTIS CULLETON
CANAAN, Maud Curtis Culleton aged 63, passed away October 3, 2002 at Redington Fairview
Hospital in Skowhegan, following a long illness. She was born in Lewiston, October 12, 1938, the
daughter of Ernest James and Meona (Brown) Curtis. She attended school in Poland, Maine and
graduated from the Mechanic Falls High School. She married Earland Culleton on October 22, 1960 in
Poland, Maine. They had four children. She was an avid fan of the Boston Celtics and the Boston Red
Sox. She enjoyed her family, traveling, reading, gardening, and being outside. She is survived by her
husband Earland of Canaan; three sons, Mark and Robin Culleton of Canaan and Dana Culleton of
Mechanic Falls; one sister, Maxine Leighton of Poland; two grandsons, Dale C. Culleton of Canaan and
Cory Culleton of Sabattus; one granddaughter, Kayla Culleton of Canaan; many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Culleton was predeceased by a son Dale Culleton. She will be greatly missed by her family and
friends. Graveside services will be held 2 PM Sunday, October 6, 2002, at the Walker Cemetery in
Canaan. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Oncology Department c/o Redington Fairview Hospital,
