GARLAND, Norman E. Page, 88, died May 17, 2002, at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home. He was born March 26, 1914, in Attleboro, Massachusetts, son of Herbert and Anna (Brezette) Page. He served in the US Army During WWII in the European Theater. He and his twin brother, Orman, operated the family farm in Garland for many years. In 1995, when the farm burned, he moved to Dexter into the home of his cousin, Esther Harmon, who was raised with him and was like a sister. He was a member of the Garland Grange and was an honorary lifetime member of the VFW in Dexter. He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers, Herbert J. and Orman, and his cousin Esther Harmon.

He is survived by other family members and many old and new friends.

Friends may call 7-8 PM Wednesday, May 22, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Thursday at the West Garland Cemetery, with military honors.
