OBITUARIES

TERRANCE ROGER CALL
CLINTON & PALMYRA – Terrance Roger Call, 50, died March 8, 2008 at a Bangor hospital from complications following heart surgery. He was born November 8, 1957 at Dover-Foxcroft a son of Reuben and Wealthy (Bowdoin) Call, Jr. Terry attended Nokomis Regional High in Newport into his senior year.

He worked in the woods all of his life, driving truck, operating heavy equipment, and most recently working for Linkletter’s in Athens, until he suffered a heart attack while working in the woods. Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing and trapping.

He is survived by his mother, Wealthy Shaw of Palmyra; his ex-wife, but only wife, Sherrie, of Fairfield; 2 sons, Jessie Stewart of Wellington and Scott Dyer of Fairfield; a daughter, Amy Arsenault of Fairfield; 5 brothers, Dale and wife Laurie Call of Palmyra, Rex and wife Penny Call of St. Albans, Jeff and wife Sandy Shaw, and James and wife Gina Shaw, all of San Diego, CA, and Dwayne Shaw of Pittsfield; 2 sisters, Nancy and husband George Watson of Palmyra, Linda and Bill Gogan of Unity; a grandson, Cameron Dyer and grand-daughter Meaghan Arsenault, both of Fairfield; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, March 12th, with the Rev. Ronnie Parker officiating. A spring graveside committal service will be held 11 AM Friday, May 23rd at the family lot, Palmyra Village Cemetery.
