VERONICA T. COLLINS
GARLAND - Veronica T. Collins, 80, died May 26, 2006, at the Maine Veteran’s Home in Bangor. She was born January 13, 1926, in Nutley, New Jersey, daughter of Walter and Rose (Mahoney) Mitchell. She was a communicant of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Dexter.

She is survived by 3 sons and their wives, B. Kevin and Betty Collins of Boise, Idaho, Timothy and Sylvia Collins of El Paso, Texas, and Erin and Jane Collins of Kingman, Arizona; a daughter and her husband, L. Kathleen and John Sears of Garland; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a sister, Sister Mary Rose Mitchell of New Jersey.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Monday, May 29, 2006, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St. in Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Dexter with the Rev. Fr. James Robichaud officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery in Garland.
