ADELAIDE M. RONCO
DEXTER - Adelaide M. Ronco, 86, died unexpectedly Dec. 3, 2000, at her Fairway Knolls residence. She was born Nov. 6, 1914, at Dexter, the daughter of Harry and Rose (LaFountain) Clukey. She graduated from N.H. Fay High School, Class of 1932. She was employed for 10 years at the United Stores, prior to her marriage to Arthur T. Ronco in 1938. She worked as a clerk at Ben Franklin store in Dexter for 23 years, until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter and a former member of St. Anne's Sodality, Daughters of Isabella, and the Dexter Firemen's Auxiliary. She was a member of the Dexter Golden Age Club and enjoyed socializing with her friends at Meals for ME.

She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur in 1998. She is survived by four children, Thomas and his wife, Helena Ronco, Teresa and her husband, David Denbow, Barbara and her husband, Wilfred Murray, all of Dexter, John and his wife, Patricia Ronco of Pennsville, N.J.; eight grandchildren, Chris and Debbie Ronco of New York, Sandra Ronco of Augusta, Suzanne and her husband, Michael Orcutt of Balston Spa, N.Y., William Murray of Dexter, Jennifer Murray of Corinth, Mary Denbow of Bangor and Emily Denbow of Colchester, Vt.; two great-grandsons, Joshua and Matthew Orcutt of Balston Spa, N.Y.

Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at St. Anne's Church, Dexter, with the Rev. Raymond Morency officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
