ALAN EDWARD LAFOUNTAIN
DEXTER - Alan Edward LaFountain, 49, went to be with the Lord Feb. 17, 2010, with his family by his side, in Orlando, Fla. Alan loved his dog, Willie, the outdoors and repairing anything on wheels.

His wonderful sense of humor will be missed by his many friends and family. He is survived by his mother, Geneva; son, Marcus and Sheila; sister, Carole and Lloyd, of Dexter; his sister, Mary and Karl Jordan of Elmira, Ontario, and their children, Jennifer, Ben and Karole; and a daughter, Leah and her two sons, Dexter and Tavyn of Northport, Fla. He was predeceased by his father, Edward in 2004.

A service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. A celebration of his life will be held after the service at the parish hall. We will share all our favorite memories at that time.
