OBITUARIES

ALICE RUTH TRACY
GREENVILLE JCT, Alice Ruth Tracy, 84, died October 24, 2006, at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor. She was born December 2, 1921, in Greenville, daughter of James and Bernice (Raymond) Mann. She was a long time member of the People's United Methodist Church, and was Treasurer of the United Methodist Women for many years. She was also a member of the Rebekah's, and was Treasurer of the Moosehead Lake Senior Citizens.

She worked as a cook at several of the local restaurants. She was an avid sports fan and loved the Boston Red Sox.

She is survived by 2 daughters and their husbands, Donna and Galen Vainio of Abbot, and Lura and Donald Bell of Greenville; a sister, Lura Rockwell of Madison; a daughter-in-law Priscilla Mann of Greenville; grandchildren, Rodney and Earl Mann of Greenville, Garret Vainio of Lisbon, Trudy Lonesky of PA, Mike Bell of Corinth, Jeff Bell of CA; great grandchildren, Parker Lonesky of PA, and awaiting the arrival of her new great grandson, Landen Lonesky; Kahla Lander of Greenville, Courtney and Jordan Mann of Greenville, Shawna and Andrew Bell of Corinth; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Tracy, a son, Earl Mann Sr., 2 brothers, Francis Mann and Floyd Mann.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 27, 2006, at the People’s United Methodist Church in Greenville Jct., with the Rev. Dr. Kwan Lee officiating. Friends may call from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be in the Greenville cemetery.
