BARBARA S. ADKINS
DOVER-FOXCROFT - Barbara S. Adkins, 76, wife of the late Clyde Adkins, died Feb. 21, 2001, at a Bangor hospital. She was born June 6, 1924, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Reuben and Gertrude (Brawn) Bennett. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Dover-Foxcroft.

Barbara is survived by a daughter, Mary-ann Morgan and her husband, Earl of Enfield, Conn.; a son, Clyde Adkins Jr. and his wife, Tonitte of Dexter; four grandchildren, Christopher and Joshua Morgan of Enfield, Conn., Trixie Nelson and Calvin Adkins of Dexter.

Friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, 2001, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, with the Rev. Roxy Moses officiating. Spring burial will be in the family lot in Lee Cemetery.
