Bertram A. Larrabee
ST. ALBANS—Bertram A. Larrabee, Jr., 65, died December 27, 2012 at a Portland hospital. He was born October 12, 1947 in Dexter, a son of Bertram and Lois “Polly” (Woodbury) Larrabee, Sr. He graduated from Dexter High School. Bert was employed many years at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna and retired from Irving Tanning Company in Hartland.

Bert was always happy go lucky. He enjoyed hunting with Ray and was a great conversationalist.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Jennie McDougal; a son, Galen Larrabee, both of St. Albans; a daughter, Elizabeth Larrabee of Plymouth; a brother, Clifford Larrabee of Dexter; 2 sisters, Janice Giles of Guilford and Eden Larrabee of Exeter; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 4 to 6 P.M. Thursday, January 3rd at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held at 6 P.M. with the Rev. Ronald Parker officiating. Spring burial will be in the Morse’s Corner Cemetery, Corinna.
