CAROLYN A. RICHARD
MILO and BROWNVILLE JUNCTION Carolyn A. Richard, 72, wife of the late Henry A. Richard, died March 11, 2002, at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home, after a brief illness. She was born Jan. 3, 1930, in Milo, the daughter of Raymond and Madalene (Brown) Orff. She was a graduate of Milo High School, Class of 1947. She had worked at the Milo 5 and 10 Store, Lewis Mill, and at PCI. Carolyn will be sadly missed by her family.

She is survived by two sons, Timothy Richard and fianc‚e, Lydia Wright, Paul Richard and fianc‚e, Linda Beaudoin; a daughter, Cheryl and her husband, David Monahan; a sister, Ruth Page; several nieces and nephews. She was a loving grandmother to Heather Dow, Shelley Baker, Angel Richard, Aaron Richard, Dixie Monahan, David Monahan, and Ashley Monahan; and a loving great-grandmother of seven. She was predeceased by a brother, Harold Orff, and a grandson, Ryan Monahan.

Friends are invited to call from 1 p.m. until time of service, 3 p.m. Thursday, March 14, 2002, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with the Rev. Michelle St. Cyr officiating.
