CECILIA M. DOYON
DEXTER, Cecilia M. Doyon, 96, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, died Monday December 24, 2001 at a Dexter health care facility. Cecilia was born March 10, 1905, in Dexter, the daughter of Joseph and Nellie (Boulette) Goulette. She was a life-long communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter and in her early years was a member of the Sodality of St. Anne. Cecilia worked as a weaver in local mills for over fifty years while raising her family. She was a person of great faith and her family's well-being was always her first priority. She will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Albertina Courtney and Geneva Shaughnessy; brothers, Fernald, Hilary and Justin Goulette; a daughter, Loretta Clifford and son-in-law, Frank Clifford of Dexter; and a daughter-in-law, Margaret Doyon.

She is survived by four sons and their wives, Clifford and Carol Doyon of Arlington, Mass., Hilary and Frances Doyon of Dunnellon, Florida, Dana Doyon of Madison, Conn. and Douglas and Dorothy Doyon of Dexter; a daughter and her husband, Beverly and Dale Ward of Bangor; 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Friends may call 6-8 pm Friday December 28, 2001 at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 am Saturday, December 29, 2001 at St Anne's Catholic Church in Dexter with Rev. Raymond Morency officiating. Spring burial will be held 4 pm, Friday May 24, 2002, at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter with Rev. Raymond Morency officiating. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
