CHARLES E. GRINNELL
MILO - Charles E. Grinnell, 62, husband of Loretta (Robertson) Grinnell, died April 20, 2002, at his home in Milo. He was born in Milo, Sept. 22, 1939, the son of Charles A. and Edith (Newman) Grinnell. He had worked in area garages for many years as a mechanic and was a former derby fireman. He was predeceased by a son, Charles A. Grinnell.

In addition to his wife, Loretta of Milo; he is survived by a son, Peter A. Grinnell and wife, Bonnie of Hillsboro, N.H.; a daughter, Marie M. Grinnell of Brownville; three sisters, Eleanor Cyr and husband, Eddie of Milo, Helen Beals and husband, Harold of Jonesport, Charlene Robichaud and husband, Phillip of Hampden; a brother, Harold Grinnell and wife, Jean of Milo; three grandchildren, Ashley, Krystal and Justin, several nieces and nephews.

A memorial celebration of Charles' life will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2002, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with the Rev. Ernie Madden officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Milo.
