CHARLES I. PERIGO
PARKMAN - Charles I. Perigo, 86, died April 16, 2001 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born March 20, 1915 in Oakfield, son of Ora and Sadie (Cameron) Perigo. He worked for Guilford Industries for 22 years and also worked several years in the woods. Later Charlie served as a Deputy Sheriff for Piscataquis County Sheriff's Department from 1973 until his retirement in 1990. He belonged to Parkman Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn (Downs) Perigo of Parkman; four sons, Dale Perigo and Goldie of Parkman, Larry and his wife Janet Perigo of Parkman, Michael and his wife Phyllis Perigo of Parkman and Stephen and his wife Judy Perigo of Silvers Mills; a daughter, Deborah Perigo of Parkman; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Saturday May 19th at 11AM at the Pingree Center Cemetery in Parkman. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal funeral Home, Guilford.
