OBITUARIES

CHARLES V. HOLT
PLYMOUTH – Charles Vernon Holt, 81, husband of Olive (Roberts) Holt, died December 21, 2006 at a Pittsfield hospital. He was born January 2, 1925 a son of Moses and Thala (Adams) Holt. He graduated from Newport High School, Class of 1942. During World War II, Charlie worked at the Camden Shipbuilding and Marine Railway Company. He later worked at the Eugene Gray farm in Plymouth, Cummings Mill, and later, Guilford Industries in Newport, Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna, and also operated a shop at his home on Moosehead Trail, sharpening saws.

There will be no services at this time. Spring graveside committal services will be held at Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth, with Pastor Al H. Worden officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Plymouth Snowmobile Club, P. O. Box 56, Plymouth, ME 04969. PLYMOUTH – Graveside committal services for Charles V. Holt, who died December 21, 2006, will be held 1 PM Saturday, May 19th at Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth, with Pastor Al H. Worden officiating. A reception will follow the service at 2 PM at the All Season Riders Club, formerly the Plymouth Snowmobile Club. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
