DONALD A. BEAN, SR.
CORINNA, Donald A. Bean Sr., 61, died October 26, 2003, at a Pittsfield hospital. He was born February 27, 1942, in Skowhegan, son of Arthur and Bertha (Lancaster) Bean. He worked for the Hartland Tannery and later for Eastland Woolen Mills in Corinna, retiring due to a disability.

He is survived by his wife, of 39 years, Rebecca (Cook) Bean of Corinna; his mother; a son, Donald Bean Jr., a daughter, Angela and husband, Chester Barnes; 2 brothers, David and his wife, Nancy Bean and James Bean; a granddaughter, Brianna Bean; nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM Thursday, October 30, 2003, at the Corinna Village Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Jaworski officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, One Main St., Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086-1240. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, Corinna.
