EDITH A. GOODWIN
CARMEL and DOVER-FOXCROFT—Edith A. Goodwin, 80, died November 23, 2010 at her residence. She was born May 3, 1930 in Exeter, a daughter of Frank and Ella (Batchelder) Call. She was a self-employed housekeeper. Edith was a member of the St. John’s Episcopal Church in Bangor and the Star in the East Chapter #17 OES in Hampden.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Linda and husband Tyrone Spratt of Glenburn and Deborah and husband Ronald Kaulfers of Middleburg, FL; 2 brothers, Charles Call of NH and Cedric Call of FL; 4 grandchildren, Tyrone Spratt II, Teresa Spratt, Cheri Authement and Shaun Kaulfers; 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Melvin in 1999.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport. Graveside funeral and committal services will be held 1 PM Monday, November 29th at the family lot, Riverside Cemetery, Newport.
