EDITH T. RICKER
CAMBRIDGE, Edith T. Ricker, 84, died February 19, 2008, at Reddington Fairview Hospital in Skowhegan. She was born February 8, 1924, in Athens, daughter of Carl and Iona Taylor. She was a long time resident of Cambridge and was an active member of the Cambridge Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bernard A. Ricker a year ago on February 16, 2007.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie (Ricker) Long of Roanoke, Virginia, and Lorna (Ricker) Jones and her husband, Larry of Chelmsford, Mass; a son, Joel Ricker of Cambridge; 2 grandchildren, Matthew Long of Silver Spring, Maryland, and Adam Long of Roanoke, Virginia. Committal services will be held Monday, February 25, 2008, at 2 PM at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford with Pastor William Inman officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service. Spring burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Cambridge.
