EDWARD ALDEN GILCHREST He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Hilda of Milo; a brother, Kenneth of St. Petersburg, Pa.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, George; and a sister, Pauline Hall. Friends are invited to call 4 p.m. until time of service at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2002, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with the Rev. Ernest Madden officiating, followed by a Masonic service conducted by the Piscataquis Lodge No. 44. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Those who wish, may make memorial contributions to the United Baptist Church Building Fund, 8 Pleasant St., Milo, ME 04463.
