Eveleine (Braley) Ludden
NEWPORT – Eveleine Ludden, 86, went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2012. She was born May 15, 1925 in Castle Hill, a daughter of Fred and Mary (Hume) Braley. After moving to Plymouth with her family Eveleine attended the old Newport High School. She married Ken Ludden, who predeceased her on June 28, 2005.

Eveleine was a longtime member of the Jubilee Family Worship Center (Newport Full Gospel Church), and worked for Bob Raymond and Ray Smith at the Log Cabin Diner. She enjoyed going to Florida, boating, motorcycling, and traveling in general.

She is survived by 3 sons, Royce and Shirley of Palmyra, Glenn and Patty of Greenville, Brett and Janice of Pittsfield; a sister Phyllis Bean of Newport; 7 grandchildren, Michele, Daneille, Sean, Carie, Dustan, Kendra and Seth; 13 great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6-8 PM Thursday at Jubilee Family Worship Center, 163 Elm Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday, January 13th, with Associate Pastor Brian Woodbury and the Rev. Scott Black officiating. Spring burial will be in the Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth. Memorial donations may be made to the church at P. O. Box 189, Newport, ME 04953.
