EVELYN M. SHEPHERD
CAMBRIDGE- Evelyn M. Shepherd, 63, died June 17, 2008 at her home in Cambridge. She was born July 13, 1944, in Quincy, MA, daughter of Evald and Edith (Pentilla) Shepherd. She grew up in Quincy, MA and moved to Maine in the late 60’s to be with her grandparents. She owned and operated florist shops in Massachusetts and later in Sabattus, Maine until her retirement in 2004.

She is survived by 3 sons, Joe Hannigan of NH, Skeet Shepherd of Portland, and Shane Shepherd and his wife, Miranda of Cambridge; 2 daughters, Donna and her husband, Jean LaFerriere of NH, and Karrie Shepherd of Veazie; a brother, Ed Pantilla and his wife, Judy of MA; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM, Thursday, June 26, 2008, at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford with Pastor William Inman officiating.
