EVERETT E. RINES
NEWPORT—Everett Edward RInes, 82, died unexpectedly November 17, 2008 at his residence. He was born May 10, 1926 in Etna, a son of Cleve and Margaret (Pelkey) Rines. Everett was a World War II veteran. He was employed at Guilford Industries for 27 years, was an avid hunter and loved the woods. He also loved his large family.

He will be missed by his wife Christie of 65 years; 2 sons, Everett and wife Mary Ellen Rines, and Robert Rines; 4 daughters and their spouses, Gloria and David Hitchings, Lucy and Don Philbrook, Nancy and David Nickerson, and Brenda and Philip Zukatis; 16 grandchildren, Laurie Ann Tasker, Cindy Brochu, Penny Picard, Thomas Folsom, Darlene O’Hara, Darren Folsom, Don Philbrook, Brenda Spearrin, Missy Shaw, Lisa Clayton, Stephen Bean, Maria McDonough, Corey Nickerson, Christie Rines, Chaz Cormier, and Vanessa Cormier; 32 great grandchildren.

Graveside committal services will be held 10 A.M. Friday, November 21st at the Riverside Cemetery, Newport, with Pastor Al H. Worden officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Those who wish may sign an online guest register and leave written tributes at www.CrosbyNeal.com.
