FRANCIS E. ROBERTS
CORINNA – Francis E. Roberts, 71, died July 19, 2008 at a Pittsfield hospital. He was born April 30, 1937 at Pittsfield a son of Herman and Clara (Wood) Roberts, Sr. He graduated from Corinna Union Academy, Class of 1957, and served in the U. S. Army. At the time of his death he was employed by Corinne’s Cleaning Service doing janitorial work at doctor’s offices.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Priscilla (Cooley) Roberts of Corinna; a son, Amos Adams, currently deployed in Kuwait City; a daughter, Heather and husband Angel Rivera of Hampden; and 6 brothers, including Herman Roberts, Jr. of Corinna; and a special granddaughter, Clara.

A graveside committal service with military honors will be held 11 AM Friday, July 25th, at Nutter Cemetery, Corinna, with the Rev. Robert Herring officiating. Those who wish may sign an on-line guest register at www.CrosbyNeal.com.
