He traveled throughout the state working on building constructions and installing cabinets, and these sites became the focus of family outings. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marilyn (Foley) Farrar of Dexter; a son, Bryant Farrar and Cassady Regan of Dexter; a daughter, Gail Reid and Paul Whitney of Plymouth; two sisters, Helen Edgerly of Dexter, and Ethlyn Langley of Presque Isle; a brother, Roger Farrar of Dexter; beloved granddaughters, Krystyna and Hannah Farrar, both of Dexter; many special cousins, nieces and nephews; and wonderful neighbors, Judy and Larry Robichaud. He was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Farrar.
