GERALD T. "JACK" STROUT
MILO - Gerald T. "Jack" Strout, 70, died Dec. 17, 2001, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born May 2, 1931, in Milo, the son of Aubrey F. and Hattie B. (Fitz) Strout. Jack was an avid outdoorsman, and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by two brothers, Clarence "Nubbin" Strout and his wife, Edith of Milo, Lorin "Tige" Strout and his wife, Lucy of Milo; three sisters, Ruth Hall of Guilford, Catherine Hall of Dover-Foxcroft, Olive Buck and her husband, Lester of Sebec; many nieces and nephews.

Graveside memorial services will be conducted at Evergreen Cemetery in the spring. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home, Milo.
