GERTRUDE M. SCHNUCK
CORINNA—Gertrude M. Schnuck, 88, died August 7, 2005 at a Bangor hospital. She was born April 4, 1917 at Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Max and Lottie (McLaughlin) Jensen. Gertrude graduated from Matawan High School, Class of 1936. After the death of her husband, Richard, she moved to Corinna from New Jersey to be near her daughter and family in 1989. She was an Episcopalian by faith, but had attended the Corinna United Methodist Church with her daughter.

Gertrude is survived by her daughter, Carol and husband, Peter Metivier of Corinna; a sister-in-law, Anna Burlew of Old Bridge, New Jersey; 4 grandchildren, Allen Burnette of Croydon, Pennsylvania, Scott Burnette of Corinna, Peter Metivier of Buena Vista, Virginia, and Valerie Monismith of Germantown, Tennessee; 10 great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Michael, Sierra, Emily and Joshua Burnette, Gregory, Ashley, Victoria and Matthew Randall, and Stephen Monismith; 1 great great grand-daughter, Mattison Kendall.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 A.M. Friday, August 12th, at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Keyport, New Jersey. Friends may call at the Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, New Jersey from 10 A.M. until the time of the funeral mass. Burial will be in the Shoreland Memorial Cemetery in Keyport, New Jersey. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna.
