GLORIA J. MCGILL
Gloria McGill DOVER-FOXCROFT—Gloria Jean (Dyer) McGill, 60, passed away April 4, 2008 of cancer at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born May 29, 1947 in Dover-Foxcroft a daughter of Peter and Stella (Cowette) Dyer, Sr. She graduated from Foxcroft Academy Class of 1965 and had been employed at Dexter Shoe Company for over 23 years. Gloria was an active member of the Bernadettes and a communicant of Our Lady of The Snows Parish, St. Thomas Church. She enjoyed sports, traveling and most of all spending time with her family, pets and flower garden.

She is survived by her son, Anthony James McGill; daughter, Tracey Jean McGill; 2 grandsons, Joseph and Joshua McArthur, all of Dover-Foxcroft; 2 sisters, Oliveann and husband Phillip Olgesbee of Tuma, MO and Ruth and husband William Kirby of Parkman and Lake Wales, FL; her niece, Julie Campbell of Hull, MA; and all of her beloved nieces, nephews, and many cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Peter E. Dyer, Jr.

A memorial mass will be held at a later date at St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church in Dover-Foxcroft with the Rev. Fr. James Robichaud officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Dexter. Those who wish may sign an online guest register at www.CrosbyNeal.com.
