HAROLD E. "BUD" ALVAREZ Upon moving to Dexter in 1951, He owned and operated Wentworth Laundry on Free Street for 23 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church, serving on the building committee during the construction of its present day annex. After the sale of his business, he became the custodian of the Piscataquis county Court in Dover-Foxcroft and a deacon of the Congregational church there, overseeing the construction plans of its building addition. In 1981, He made his final home in Zephyrhills, Fl, where he was employed as a part time administrative assistant by Florida Satellite Network, Inc. for several years. He remained active in many civic organizations throughout his life. Singing was his source of joy-in times of jubilation-and solace- in times of sorrow. He will be missed. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Matilda "Tillie" W. and one son, Raymond J, both of Zephyrhills. In lieu of flowers, the memorial donations will be accepted by Gulfside Regional Hospice, 3539 Universal Plaza, New Port Richey, FL, 34652
