JAMES "BUD" MacDONALD He is survived by 2 sons, James “Mike” and wife Lonna MacDonald of Plymouth, Steven MacDonald and companion Dawn Cookson of Newport; a daughter, Teresa Deering and husband Alan of Hartland; a brother, Reginald and wife Patsy MacDonald of Charlottetown, PEI; 2 sisters, Rose and husband Donald Carney of Long Island, NY, Joan and husband Ed Bulger of Corinna; 7 grandchildren, Meagan and Mindy Deering, John, Josh, and Rhonda MacDonald, Josh and Virginia Cookson; 2 great grandchildren, Karmyn Vanadestine and Nathan MacDonald; many nieces and nephews; as well as longtime companion, Annette Batchelder of Newport. He was predeceased by his wife, Barbara; brother, Allen MacDonald; and a sister, Julia MacLean. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday, November 12th at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 A.M. Monday at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Dexter, with the Rev. James Robichaud officiating. Burial will be in the Dover Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Crisis Services, P. O.
