JAMES L. RAND
DEXTER- James L. Rand, 48, died unexpectedly, November 18, 2009. He was born January 13, 1961, in Bangor, son of Retire and Myrtle (Spencer) Rand.

He graduated from Penquis Valley High School in Milo and from EMVTI in Bangor. He enjoyed his friends, spending time hunting, fishing, golfing, and snowmobiling.

He is survived by his wife, Laura (Cunningham) Rand of Dexter; his parents of Milo; a daughter, Julie Trudell and her husband Matt and their son Collin, all of Hampden; a son, Kyle Stone and his partner, Kristy and their daughter Kallie, all of Dexter; a daughter, Crystal Cunningham of Dexter; four sisters and their families; close friend, Ed Walker of Dexter; and his beloved dogs, Miller, Remington, and Huckleberry.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Friday, November 20, 2009, at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main Street in Dexter. A celebration of his life will follow, with the location to be announced at the time of the visitation.
