KENNETH K. LOVELY
GARLAND - Kenneth K. Lovely, 57, died Oct. 27, 2003, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital, following a long illness. He was born in Newport, March 7, 1946, the son of Jason and Willimina (Linscott) Lovely. Kenneth worked as a woodsman for many years and also had been employed at the Hartland Tannery and at O. Ames Ash Mill in Palmyra for several years. One of Kenneth's favorite things was traveling along the Maine coast and viewing and then collecting lighthouse replicas.

He is survived by three sons, Eric Lovely, James Lovely, Edward Lovely, all of Dexter; two daughters, Angelita Wallace of Garland, Erin Ranquist of Dexter; three brothers, Edward Lovely of California, Richard Lovely of Pittsfield, Ronald Lovely of Newport; two sisters, Carol Tibbitts of Pittsfield, and Lois Creasy of Pittsfield; four grandchildren, Emmy, Domanic, Jordan, and Zachary; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He will also be remembered by the mother of his children, Loueen Lovely of Dexter. He was predeceased by his sister, Charolette King.

Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2003, at the Riverside Cemetery, Newport, with Pastor Jacky Willhoite officiating.
