LOIS L. TRASK
PLYMOUTH & ETNA – Lois L. Trask, 75, died September 28, 2007 at a Pittsfield hospital. She was born April 22, 1932 at Bridgewater a daughter of Pearl and Isanetta (Hartley) Dow. Lois moved to Etna at age 7 and attended grade school in Etna. She graduated from Newport High School, Class of 1950, and married Heslin Robert “Hank” Trask on December 2, 1950. Lois worked in the textile industry until age 70, retiring from Guilford Industries in Newport. She was a member of Star in the East Chapter #17, Order of The Eastern Star.

Lois is survived by her children, Ronald and wife Sue (Fogg) Trask of Plymouth, Barbara and husband Allen Fisher of St. Albans, Reginald and wife Maria (Crommett) Trask of Dixmont; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and a sister, Eva Crocker of Florida. In addition to her husband, she was also predeceased by a son, Robert Trask; 2 brothers, Earl and Roy Dow; and a sister, Doris Adams.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, October 2nd, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport, with the Rev. Ellen Bridge officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 PM until the time of services. Burial will be in the family lot, Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth
