LOIS POTTER MARSH
BANGOR and DOVER-FOXCROFT - Lois Potter Marsh, 70, died July 31, 2002, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born March 30, 1932, in Milo, the daughter of David K. and Doris E. (Dunton) Potter. She was a graduate of Foxcroft Academy, Class of 1950. Lois had worked as a medical secretary for many years. She was an avid dog lover and belonged to the Mt. Bachelor Kennel Club.

She is survived by her sons, Roger Marsh of Bend, Ore., John M. Marsh Jr. of Prineville, Ore.; her daughter, Laurie Burford of Bend, Ore.; her former husband, John M. Marsh; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her companion, Paul Lovejoy of Dover-Foxcroft and his family. She was predeceased by a sister, June Lovejoy.

Graveside memorial services will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at the family lot in Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, with the Rev. David McLeish officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association, Maine Affiliate Inc., P.O. Box 346, Augusta 04330-0346. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft.
