Louise Mary (Ham) Bailey
CAMBRIDGE – Louise Mary (Ham) Bailey, 98, died May 21, 2013 at a Dover-Foxcroft health care facility. She was born August 21, 1914 in Cambridge, a daughter of Andrew and Mabel (Page) Ham. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School in Dexter, Class of 1933. Louise was a member of the Cambridge Baptist Church for many years. She worked in the local school system as a school bus driver and janitor. She ran the school lunch program in Cambridge for 35 years before retiring at age 79. She was also an honorary member of the University of Maine Ladies Extension.

She is survived by 3 sons and wives, Raymond and Florence, Donald and Anna, and Robert and Paula, all of Cambridge; a daughter Barbara Lengefeld of Crowley, LA; a sister, Winifred Bane of Canaan; 17 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; and 18 great-great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Clair; a daughter Joan Tilton; a brother, Stanwood Ham; a sister, Elizabeth Bailey; 2 grandchildren, Linda and Laura Bailey; and 1 great grandchild Natasha Bailey.

Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, May 24th, at the Cambridge Baptist Church with the Revs. Sam McKeen, Paul Gant and Chris Viera officiating.

Friends may call from 9 A.M. until the time of services. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cambridge. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
