OBITUARIES

LUCILLE H. BURDIN
CAMBRIDGE - Lucille H. Burdin, 94, died Nov. 4, 2004, at a Dexter healthcare facility following a long illness. She was born July 29, 1910, in Bangor, the daughter of Merton and Helen (Robinson) Johnson. She was educated in Dexter Schools. She was married to Oscar A. Burdin who died in 1971. Lucille was a loving homemaker and enjoyed her family and caring for them. She loved to play cribbage with family and friends.

She is survived by her son and his wife, Lloyd and Shirley Burdin of Cambridge; one granddaughter and her husband, Tammy and Mark Draper of Exeter; a great-granddaughter, Katie of Exeter; one sister, Dorothy Perkins of Southington, Conn., several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her son, Wayne Burdin; a brother, Paul Johnson; and a sister, Thelma Dow predeceased her.

Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Cambridge. Arrange-ments are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 34 High St., Newport.
