MARY "MARE" J. (STONE) RAYMOND
DOVER-FOXCROFT - Mary "Mare" J. (Stone) Raymond, 59, beloved wife of Camille Raymond passed from this world peacefully Jan. 19, 2006. She was born Jan. 24, 1946, in Dover-Foxcroft, the daughter of Albert E. and Marguerite L. (Cobb) Stone. Mary was a 1965 graduate of Foxcroft Academy and had worked at Mayo Regional Hospital since 1986. She will be missed by her many friends and co-workers. Mary was a founding member of the Guilford Historical Society and an active member of St. Thomas Catholic Church. She loved to make cakes and crocheted afghans for family and friends. She accepted everyone for who they were and always had time to listen. She will be remembered by everyone whose lives she touched and sadly missed by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Camille of Dover-Foxcroft; her children, son, Jody Raymond and wife, Aimee, of Orrington and their children, Maxwell and Marguerite; daughter, Amy and husband, Randy Carsten, of Farmington and their son, Zachary; son, Alan Raymond and wife, Margo, of East Waterboro and their children, Karina, Rachel and Felicia; son, Chad Raymond of Dover-Foxcroft; daughter, Wendy Raymond of Lewiston; daughter, Carol Raymond of Dexter; a brother, Michael Stone and wife, Debbie, of Hollis; a half-brother, Raymond Stone of Colorado; a half-sister, Jean Whalen of Dexter; and an aunt, Ethel Wilbur and husband, Ed, of East Dover.

Friends are invited to call 2-3 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, with Fr. James Robichaud, officiating. Spring burial will be in the family lot in Dover Cemetery.
