MURIEL I. SIMPSON Surviving, in addition to her husband, Roger of Corinna, are her children, Alice M. Duthie of Charleston, Althea M. Wyman and her husband, Tom, of Biddeford and Ronald H. Simpson and his wife, Julie "Beth," of Corinna; a brother, John French and his wife, Charlene, of Dover-Foxcroft; a sister, Rachel Watson and her husband, Steven, of Levant; six grandchildren, Deborah Duthie, Amy Webster, Adam Wyman, Sarrah, Samantha and Ronald "RJ" Simpson Jr.; two great-grandchildren, Katie Duthie-Neal and Colby Webster; and many nieces and nephews; also special friends, Ann and Elmer Zimmerman. Muriel was predeceased by a sister, Mildred Libby. In keeping with Muriel's request, a graveside memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at Corinna Center Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Jaworski officiating. After the service, there will be a gathering at Ron's to celebrate Muriel's life with the things that she loved, good food, good conversation and time with family and friends. Cremation and memorial service arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 30 St. Albans Road, Corinna.
