MYRTIE F. FARRIN She graduated from Harmony High School in 1938. She was a member of the Rebekahs, V. F. W. Auxiliary and the Duster’s Club. Myrtie was a lifelong resident of Harmony. She was a well loved person and devoted to her family. She and her family appreciated her supportive neighbors. She is survived by a son, Ronald and wife Georgie Farrin of Pittsfield; 2 daughters, Victory and husband Thomas Todd of Garland, Jayne Farrin and her husband Stephen Freeman of Presque Isle; 4 sisters, Louise Ernest of Garland, Barbara and husband Paul Herrick, and Ada Cobb, all of Harmony, and Norma and husband Blaine Littlefield of Burnham; 3 brothers-in-law, Leslie Farrin of Fryeburg, Joseph Doran of Florida and Shirley Cowette of Wellington; 9 grandchildren, Victory (Allen )Glenar, Shari and Faron Allen, Amy Wilson, Nanette Ardry, Thomas and John Freeman, Kimberly Thurber and Holly Todd; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Lyman Farrin on August 18, 2001. Friends may call from 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, December 5th at Crosby & Neal, 61 Main Street, Dexter, where funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Saturday with the Rev. Levi Pratt officiating. Burial will be in the South Solon Cemetery.
