Myrtle (Crocker) Humphrey Myrtle was a member of the United Methodist Church in Corinth, and the Grange. She and her husband had great fun making maple syrup in the early spring and then going to the flea market during the summer selling both syrup and candy. She is survived by a son, Alvah, and a daughter, Donna Humphrey, both of Exeter; a brother, Leland "Bucky" Crocker of Wisconsin; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Wallace, who died February 22, 2009; a sister, Irene Vannoster; 6 brothers, Leon, Harold, Richard, Gerald "Jack", Arnold "Cuffy", and Millard "Rolland" Crocker. Graveside services will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, July 11th at the Corinthian Cemetery, Corinth, with the Rev. Stan Griffin officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 122 State Street, Augusta, ME 04330.
