NANCY A. PEACHEY
DEXTER – Nancy A. Peachey, 57, went into the loving arms of her Dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, October 17, 2003. She was born April 20, 1946 at Dexter a daughter of Leon and Elizabeth (Robichuad) Field. She attended Dexter schools and was employed at Crown Alexander, Amos Abbott and Guilford Industries woolen mills. She was a faithful member of the New Life Baptist Church in Dover-Foxcroft, where she especially loved working as a leader in both the Master Clubs program for children, and the Best Years Club ministry for those 50 years older and up. She was predeceased by her brother Bruce Field. Nancy has shared many wonderful blessings to those who knew and loved her. Her strength and courage will leave many memories to forever cherish.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 37 years, John of Dexter; a daughter Holly and husband Clifton Childers, Jr. of Dexter; a sister, Jean and husband Clayton Johndro of Lincoln; a grandson, Patrick; 2 aunts, Carolyn Burton and Maxine Schissler; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nephews and nieces, uncles and cousins. Nancy was also very fond of her Pastor, David Ireland and wife Rose.

Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter, where funeral services will be held 10 A.M. Friday, October 24th, with the Rev. David Ireland officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Memorial donations may be made to New Life Baptist Church, 2385 Dexter Road, Dover-Foxcroft, ME.
