NORMA E. HARRIS
DIXMONT – Norma E. Harris, 82, died December 24, 2008 at a Pittsfield nursing home. She was born September 1, 1926 in Augusta a daughter of Linwood and Mary Turner.

Norma graduated from Maine Central Institute in Pittsfield and married Ralph Harris, who predeceased her.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by her step-father William Harris, who raised her, and a daughter Peggy Harris. Norma is survived by 2 sons, Kevin and wife Michelle Harris of Newport, and Ralph and Cathy Harris of Dixmont; and a sister Judy Cook of Brunswick; as well as 4 grandchildren.

A graveside funeral and committal service will be held 11 AM Friday, May 15th, at North Dixmont Cemetery with Pastor Al H. Worden officiating.
