OBITUARIES

PATRICK JAY SULLIVAN
PORTLAND and DOVER-FOXCROFT - Patrick Jay Sullivan, 49, passed away unexpectedly Sept. 28, 2006, at his residence in Portland. Pat was born March 1, 1957, in Lincoln, the son of Richard "Dick" and Rosalie (Toby) Sullivan.

He is survived by his mother, Rosalie Shedd of Dover-Foxcroft; his sister, Melanie Eastman and her husband, Rick, of Atkinson; two brothers, Todd Shedd and his wife, Karen, of Maine and Jeffrey McGinley and his wife, Cindy, of Sebec; a very special nephew, Ricki Eastman Jr. of Dover-Foxcroft; a very special niece, Kayla Eastman of Atkinson; three other nephews, Justin, Nathan and Jonathan McGinley; and several aunts and uncles. He will be remembered by a special best friend, Chet McNamera of Portland; special friend, Becky Graham, also of Portland; and six roommates who thought the world of Pat, Pressley, Kate, Mike, Nate, John and Vince. Pat was a big, kind and gentle, loving man and he will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, where funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, with Pastor David Mumford officiating. Burial will be at Atkinson Corner Cemetery.
