OBITUARIES

PAULINE V. FOLSOM
RIPLEY—Pauline V. Folsom, 102, died November 6, 2005 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. She was born May 6, 1903 at Ft. Kent, the daughter of Henry and Marceline (Vaillancourt) Lachance. She was a communicant of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Dexter and a former member of the Ladies Sodality. Pauline loved her family farm on the Cambridge Road in Ripley, the outdoors, cooking and crocheting.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Rita Bates of Dover-Foxcroft, and Barbara Spizuoco of Ripley; 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Albert in 1979, a son, Linwood Folsom in 1993, and a daughter, Eva Morin in 2003.

Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, November 7th at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. James Robichaud officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the: Mayo Regional Hospital Development Office, 897 West Main Street, Dover-Foxcroft, ME 04426.
