OBITUARIES

RICHARD A. CLARK
DEXTER, Richard A. Clark, 72, died June 9, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 9, 1932, in Dover-Foxcroft, son of Bernice Clark. He graduated from Foxcroft Academy class of 1952 and served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a truck driver for State Highway Department, Haley's Construction Company in Sangerville and later for Dexter Shoe Company in Dexter.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Loretta (Stevens) Clark of Dexter; 3 sons and their wives, Richard Clark Jr. and Debra of Dexter, Everett Clark of Sabattus, and Raymond Clark and Kathleen of Sangerville; 4 daughters and their husbands, Debra and Richard Blackwell of Connecticut, Kathy and Randy Ogden of Dexter, Ladonna and Doug Nichols of Dexter, and Joni and Paul Fernald of Detroit; a sister, Bessie and her husband Roger Gamblin of Cambridge; a brother, Delbert and his wife, Debbie Burdin of Cambridge; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 1 PM Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal funeral Home, Dexter.
